On Thursday 1st October, we marked a major milestone at Owlstone Croft by hosting a topping out ceremony for Terrace 1, the first of four new timber-framed postgraduate accommodation terraces.
The event was attended by representatives from Morgan Sindall’s Cambridge business, including Project Director John Stedman and Senior Site Manager Adam Hunt, alongside representatives from Queens’ College, including President Dame Menna Rawlings, Senior Tutor Andrew Thompson, Senior Bursar Jonathan Spence, Domestic Bursar Andrew Bainbridge, and several members of the Development Office, including Development Director Rowan Kitt.
The ceremony was followed by a tour of the site, including the newly constructed study space and meeting room.
Drone footage was taken at the event, which will be shared in due course.
